This guide breaks down everything you need to know to destroy ARC enemies in the swamp efficiently.

1. Know the Swamp: Key Spawn Zones and Terrain Advantages

First, locate the swamp's prime ARC spawn points to avoid being caught off guard. The swamp's most reliable spawns are the three "wet pockets" in the southwest quadrant of the Dam Battlegrounds map, marked by broken walkways and a half-sunken turbine. These small, easy-to-miss areas are where ARCs spawn most predictably-patience here pays off, as you can set up an ambush rather than chasing enemies across the map.

The swamp's terrain is both a blessing and a curse. Murky water and dense vegetation provide natural cover, allowing you to hide from aerial ARCs and ambush ground units. However, deep water slows your movement, making it hard to escape if you're spotted. Use this to your advantage: stick to higher ground near spawn points, and use the water to retreat if a fight turns against you.

Another critical terrain tip: avoid sprinting blindly.
